KAKU: Ancient Seal é um jogo de aventura e ação em mundo aberto com temática de fantasia antiga. A história se passa em uma era distante, onde o mundo foi construído pelo poder dos elementos pela Saga. Um dia, uma catástrofe de um mundo alternativo ocorreu, resultando na dispersão das almas primordiais dos elementos e na divisão do mundo em quatro continentes, enquanto a Saga desapareceu sem deixar vestígios. Mil anos depois, um jovem chamado Kaku, que vive nas montanhas geladas, e seu porquinho voador, seguindo os sinais de uma profecia perdida, assumem a missão de encontrar as almas perdidas dos elementos. Eles embarcam em uma jornada de aventura fantástica para descobrir a verdade por trás do desastre e os mistérios de seu próprio passado.
