BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW is a first-person psychological horror experience that examines the damaging effects of social media on mental health. The story follows Anne, a victim of bullying who is trapped in a surreal nightmare, forced to unravel a dark mystery while facing grotesque and threatening entities. She must confront the most painful choices of her past. Yet Anne is never truly alone: horrific creatures stalk her relentlessly, shadowing her every move. Can she escape this nightmare? BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW tackles urgent social issues, exposing the subtle and destructive power of social media. Its narrative explores mental health struggles, body dysmorphia, and the terrifying reality of bullying. The voice cast includes The Sphere Hunter, Akidearest, Elsie Lovelock, Sharla in Japan, Knite, Kin Ryan, and more. Player decisions shape the story and lead to multiple possible endings. Each unsettling creature represents a specific trauma from Anne’s life. A strong focus is placed on Anne’s smartphone, which serves as a key tool with many in-game features.
