Hotline Miami es un juego de acción de alto octanaje, rebosante de brutalidad pura, tiroteos intensos y combates cuerpo a cuerpo demoledores. Ambientado en un Miami alternativo de 1989, asumirás el papel de un misterioso antihéroe en una violenta cruzada contra el oscuro inframundo, instigado por voces en tu contestador automático. Pronto te encontrarás luchando por entender qué está sucediendo y por qué eres propenso a estos actos de violencia. Depende de tu ingenio coreografiar tu camino a través de situaciones aparentemente imposibles, ya que constantemente te verás superado en número por enemigos despiadados. La acción es implacable y cada disparo es letal, así que cada movimiento debe ser rápido y decisivo si esperas sobrevivir y desvelar las fuerzas siniestras que impulsan el derramamiento de sangre.
