Craft your underworld empire through the many layers of Hell and decide your deity style—will you be merciful, efficient, or delightfully petty? Develop a devilishly efficient underworld to handle the constant influx of sinful souls. Punish souls to earn profits and expand your divine reach. Hire a colorful cast of imployees to keep the paperwork moving—just ensure they're paid on time. Maintain a flourishing Overworld to sustain the cycle of resurrection. As Hell's administrator, wield your divine powers to "motivate" the living to follow your commands. Nothing like a lightning bolt or a sudden inferno to get the Humus moving. Souls collect sins over countless lifetimes. Monitor these levels and build specialized purification centers to prevent corruption from spiraling out of control.
